Refund policy

Each pair of earrings is unique, just like you! That's why (and for hygiene reasons) we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once it's yours, it's yours for keeps!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
